         9:00am - 4:00pm

 

 

   This will be a day for families and community to enjoy fun, fellowship and food at Central Baptist Church beginning with horse and carriage rides, at 9:00AM, and an opportunity to have your picture taken with the horse and buggy in front of the church.

   A service of dedication and recognition awards will begin at 10:45 and include a Memorial Day tribute. Bag lunches will be provided at mid day at $3.00 each (please call ahead to order). Lunch and entertainment, games, old fashioned circle- dancing, a sing-a-long, and musical concert will be followed by cake and ice cream.

   The people of the church, including the children will be offering must-see performances in these events. The Grand Finale will feature the release of a flock of white doves from the historic doors of the church to the freedom of the future.Come one, come all! Feel free to participate in any or all of the events in comfortable dress, your Sunday best or period dress (from 1833). There will be give-aways, prizes and memorabilia to share. There is no other charge to the public and everyone is welcome and encouraged to come ready for a memorable and meaningful time at Central Baptist Church.

Mid day - Bagged lunch provided at $3.00(please call ahead to order)

Entertainment - Games, old fashioned circle-dancing, a sing-a-long,
