Music
At Central Baptist Church, their are
many musical opportunities for all ages! Music is a vital part of our worship experience at Central Baptist Church.
In our morning worship service there is a variety if traditional, contemporary, spiritual and
"praise" hymns. Our organ and piano accompany the singing and often there is a keyboard
and guitar.
The Adult Vocal Choir (currently 16
members)
sings every Sunday during the school year.
For the children, there is singing each Sunday at
9:15 A.M. during Sunday School.
In addition, we have a a wonderful
Handbell
Choir that performs on holidays,
especially
at Christmas and Easter.
In the Spring, we have an annual Talent Show
featuring many musicians and other acts.
During the summer months, soloists
and small
ensembles of singers and/or
instrumentalists
provide "special music".
Vocal Choir
Central Baptist Church's Vocal Choir is a volunteer choir composed of both men and
women who sing of their love for God.

Rehearsals are a mixture of work and
laughter. For rehearsal dates and times

Handbell Choir
Central Baptist Church's handbell choir is composed of people who ring praise to God.
The handbell choir performs two seasons: Advent and Easter. Ringers may join the choir for
the season of their choice.
Central Baptist Church's handbell choir is
normally consists of 5-10 ringers. Rehearsal
dates are determined by the members of the
handbell choir. In the past, rehearsals were held
Sunday evenings.
One the the best thing is Ringers do not need
to read music in order to be a member of the
handbell choir!
If you would like to share in this unique praise
through handbells, please call (413)568-0429.
